Who We Are

Phone Speaker Cleaners is a website created by a small tech team that enjoys building online tools.

For privacy questions, email phonespeakercleaners@gmail.com.

Using the Speaker Cleaning Tool

You do not need to create an account, upload a file, or submit your name or email address to use the speaker cleaning tool.

The tool generates audio tones in your browser. Its sound playback feature does not request microphone access or record the sound around you.

Visiting the website can still involve connection information, cookies, and third-party services, as explained below.

Contact Form and Email

When you contact us, we receive your message, email address, and any other information you choose to provide, such as your name. We use these details to reply to your question and handle your request.

Our contact email uses Gmail. Messages sent to that address pass through Google’s email service. FormSubmit.co processes contact-form submissions before forwarding them to our inbox.

When you submit the contact form, its Name, Email, and Message fields are sent to FormSubmit.co, which forwards the message to phonespeakercleaners@gmail.com. The existing Kadence Advanced Form uses a WebHook action and does not save a separate WordPress form entry.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or personal information that we do not need to answer your question.

Website Connection Information

Our hosting and security services process technical information to deliver pages, handle website requests, and protect the website. Depending on the services and settings, this can include IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, request times, and error or security records.

Planned Third-Party Services

Our planned website setup includes Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Search Console, and Cloudflare. The descriptions below apply when the relevant service is enabled.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand website use, including visits, pages viewed, browser and device information, and approximate location.

Depending on the configuration and your consent choices, it uses cookies and identifiers to measure visits and interactions. We use these reports to understand which pages people use and improve the website.

See how Google uses information from websites and apps .

Google AdSense

We plan to display advertisements through Google AdSense.

When advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising vendors may use cookies to deliver and measure ads. Where personalized advertising is enabled and permitted, advertising cookies can help show ads based on earlier visits to this website or other websites.

You can manage Google’s personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings . Some other advertising providers offer choices through YourAdChoices .

Google Search Console

We plan to use Google Search Console to review the website’s visibility in Google Search, including search queries, impressions, and clicks. These search-performance reports serve a different purpose from Google Analytics website-usage reports.

Cloudflare

We plan to use Cloudflare for website delivery and security. Depending on the enabled services, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, network request details, and traffic information. Some security features also use cookies.

Read the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for more information.

Cookies and Your Choices

Cookies and similar browser storage can support website functions, security, analytics, and advertising. The technologies used depend on the services we enable and their settings.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions.

Website consent and withdrawal controls: [ADD THE ACTUAL WAY VISITORS CAN ACCEPT OR REJECT OPTIONAL TRACKING AND CHANGE THEIR CHOICES]

Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on . This controls the Analytics collection covered by the add-on. It does not control every service on this website.

Fonts and Display Resources

The current website design loads fonts from Google and can load emoji images from the WordPress.org image service. When your browser requests those files, the service receives connection details such as your IP address.

WordPress also uses browser session storage to remember the result of an emoji display check. This supports how characters appear on the page.

See Google’s Privacy Policy and the WordPress.org Privacy Policy .

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or exchange contact messages with unrelated businesses for their own marketing.

Information can pass to the hosting, form delivery, email, security, analytics, and advertising services described in this policy so they can provide their functions. Google and advertising partners may also collect information directly through advertising technologies.

We may disclose information when a valid legal requirement obliges us to do so.

How Long Information Stays in Our Systems

Contact messages can remain in our Gmail inbox until we delete them. FormSubmit.co says it retains form submissions for 30 days. Analytics, hosting, and security services can also retain records according to their settings and service terms.

Our deletion and retention arrangements are:

  • Contact form submissions: FormSubmit.co says it retains them for 30 days. We do not save a separate WordPress form entry. Email copies stay in Gmail until we delete them.

You can ask about deletion by emailing phonespeakercleaners@gmail.com.

Access and Security

Within our team, only the website owner directly accesses the website’s administrative records and visitor messages.

Our service providers process information as described in this policy. Restricting our team’s access does not prevent that processing.

No website or online storage system can guarantee complete security.

You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and speaker cleaning tool are not intended for children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email phonespeakercleaners@gmail.com. We will review the situation and take any required steps to remove it.
