Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Phone Speaker Cleaner, available at https://phonespeakercleaners.com/ . These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) describe the rules for accessing our Website, using its browser-based audio tool, and reading the information we publish. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Website.

Please read these Terms before using the Website. By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

1. About Our Website and Tool

Phone Speaker Cleaner provides a free, browser-based audio tool and general information about speaker care. The tool currently offers two options:

Water Eject: a 30-second sound cycle built around a 165 Hz base tone, intended to help move small water droplets near a speaker opening.
Dust Shake: a 30-second cycle using changing tones that visitors may try when they suspect loose debris near a speaker opening.

No separate application download or account registration is needed to run the tool. The sound plays through the audio output selected on your device. Its availability and performance depend on your device, browser, sound settings, and the condition of your speaker.

The Website does not inspect your device, physically clean its components, diagnose faults, perform repairs, or certify that it is dry or safe to charge.

2. Safe and Responsible Use

You are responsible for deciding whether to use the tool on your device and for following applicable manufacturer guidance. In particular:

  • Follow your device manufacturer’s instructions before playing sound on a phone exposed to liquid. Do not treat this tool as an alternative to appropriate drying steps.
  • Disconnect headphones and other external audio outputs if you intend the sound to play through the affected phone speaker.
  • Begin at a comfortable volume, keep the device away from your ears, and stop playback if the sound causes discomfort or the speaker becomes more distorted.
  • Keep the speaker opening uncovered. Do not repeatedly run cycles when there is no noticeable improvement.
  • Seek support from the manufacturer or a qualified repair professional if there is persistent crackling, a liquid warning, significant water exposure, or suspected hardware damage.

A completed sound cycle is not proof that moisture, dust, or debris has been removed. Improved sound quality is not proof that internal components or charging connections are dry.

3. Permitted Website Use

You may access and use the Website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Interfere with its operation, security, or availability;
  • Attempt unauthorized access to its systems or other users’ information;
  • Introduce malicious code or use automated activity that unreasonably disrupts the Website;
  • Misrepresent any association with Phone Speaker Cleaner; or
  • Use Website materials in a way that violates another person’s intellectual property or other legal rights.

We may take reasonable steps to protect the Website from misuse, including blocking abusive activity where technically feasible.

4. Informational Content, Not Repair Services

Our instructions, explanations, comparisons, and troubleshooting suggestions provide general information. They are not individualized technical diagnostics, a professional repair service, or a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Different phones have different speaker designs and manufacturer recommendations. If the Website’s general guidance differs from instructions for your specific device, follow your device manufacturer’s instructions and seek qualified help when necessary.

5. Results and Website Availability

We aim to provide useful information and functioning audio controls, but we do not promise that the tool will improve sound quality, work on every device, or remain available without interruptions or errors. Sound-based cleaning may not help with packed lint, sticky buildup, corrosion, worn components, or other physical damage.

We may revise, maintain, suspend, or discontinue a feature or page as the Website evolves. Any material new feature will be subject to the information and terms provided for that feature, as applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website may contain text, graphics, layouts, audio functionality, and other materials protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. Rights in those materials belong to their respective owners or licensors.

You may view Website content for ordinary personal use. Except where the law allows, you must obtain the relevant rights holder’s permission before reproducing, republishing, selling, or distributing protected content from the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory exceptions such as fair use.

If you believe material on the Website infringes copyright, please see our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

7. Third-Party Websites and Product References

We may link to manufacturer support pages or other third-party resources for convenience. Those parties control their own websites, content, and policies. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party or independently verify every statement on its website.

References to Apple, iPhone, Samsung, Android, or other brands are used to identify relevant devices or manufacturer guidance. Phone Speaker Cleaner is an independent website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those manufacturers.

8. Privacy and Contact Messages

You can use the audio tool without registering for an account. If you send us a contact message, the information you submit is handled as described in our [Privacy Policy](https://phonespeakercleaners.com/privacy-policy/). Please do not include passwords, payment card information, or other unnecessary sensitive details in messages.

The Website may use hosting, form-delivery, email, and other third-party services. For information about what is active and how personal information is handled, consult the Privacy Policy rather than assuming the tool collects no information at all.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website, its audio tool, and informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make a promise that the tool will resolve a speaker problem, remove all water or dust, prevent damage, or meet every visitor’s needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Phone Speaker Cleaner will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by use of or inability to access the Website, including loss arising from unsuccessful sound-based cleaning or interruption of the tool.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for conduct for which applicable law does not permit exclusion. It does not reduce any non-waivable rights you may have.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, its features, or applicable requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page. Material changes may require additional notice or agreement where the law requires it. Please review the current version when using the Website.

12. Applicable Law and Questions

The Website is operated from the United States. The laws applicable to a particular question or dispute will depend on the circumstances and any mandatory legal protections. These Terms do not designate an exclusive court or require arbitration.
